Passionate about helping brands flourish, Shane often refers to himself as “the old bloke” in our team. Chief Strategist and Media Buyer, and he’s created Redstar Media using learnings from the behaviours, values and beliefs he’s experienced first hand at some of the nation’s most successful organisations including Sony Music, Getty Images, Melbourne Storm, Southern Cross Austereo and DMG Radio. Outside of the office, you’ll find Shane with his wife Jo and their two very energetic boys enjoying action-packed weekends on the sporting field.
In 2018, Charlotte joined the Redstar Media team. A fast learner, she quickly developed her skills across account management, brand development, digital marketing, website development and content management. As Agency Manager, Charlotte manages the strategic direction and execution of our clients’ marketing campaigns. Charlotte’s knowledge and enthusiasm for all things marketing is reflected in her work and relationships. She loves celebrating the wins with a cheeky glass of Rosé and a bowl of the Exeter’s finest fries–Arguably the best in Adelaide!

As our Google Ads expert, Nick brings brands to life across digital platforms. He joins us with a wealth of experience, working across a broad range of industries including automotive, education and retail. A natural problem solver, Nick loves developing tailored digital strategies that deliver results for our clients. Nick’s passion for brands and consumer behaviour goes beyond the office walls, often adding to his ever-growing book collection. When he’s not hitting the books, you’ll find him hiking Mount Lofty or getting behind the Clippers.
Social Media Specialist
Social Media extraordinaire, Hanna helps big brands grow their social media presence through engaging paid and organic content. She delivers tailored content strategies, finding the unique mix of social media platforms that works best for each client to help them elevate their online presence and communicate with their audience. A natural creative, Hanna enjoys bringing brands to life through her writing. Hanna loves to bake which works out great for us when she brings in treats for our morning meetings. She can always find an excuse for a gin, plus she’s secretly a geography nerd so she’s a great asset on a quiz night!
