Shane Hatchard
CEO
Passionate about helping brands flourish, Shane often refers to himself as “the old bloke” in our team. Chief Strategist and Media Buyer, and he’s created Redstar Media using learnings from the behaviours, values and beliefs he’s experienced first hand at some of the nation’s most successful organisations including Sony Music, Getty Images, Melbourne Storm, Southern Cross Austereo and DMG Radio. Outside of the office, you’ll find Shane with his wife Jo and their two very energetic boys enjoying action-packed weekends on the sporting field.
Jacqui Leopardi
General Manager
If there is a job to get done Jacqui will make sure it’s ticked off and delivered with a smile. She is passionate about driving the team to deliver excellence and ensuring client satisfaction. With a degree in Media Management Jacqui has crafted her skills at Nestle, Southern Cross Austereo and most recently Red Bull. If she’s not in the office writing a new ‘things to do’ list you’ll find her feeding the animals on her hobby farm or away for the weekend with her hubby and 3 young kids.
Devon Abraham
Account Manager
Devon is a passionate copywriter, marketer, and over-user of the Oxford comma. As a self-proclaimed sports aficionado and below-average golfer, he channels his love for sport into crafting narratives and winning marketing strategies for his clients. Building strong client relationships and going above and beyond for exceptional outcomes is his priority. When not behind the laptop, you’ll find him on the sports field, bingeing a new series on Netflix, or spending time with friends. With Devon, expect creativity, adventure, and big ideas.
Nadine Faughey West
Account Manager
Nadine is our results driven Account Manager that will get you the deliverables you desire. She has worked on multiple digital marketing campaigns across an array of industries. During her university years, she completed two International Business (with a specialisation in Marketing) degrees, one from Dublin City University and the other from Northeastern University in Boston, USA.
When she is not in the office, you will find Nadine trying a new hobby, planning her next trip away or catching up with friends.
Amy John
Graphic Designer
Amy has many years of graphic design experience working across a diverse range of projects and industries. Whether it’s branding, web, print or digital, her goal is always to create awesome designs that get results. When Amy’s not learning new art and design skills, you’ll find her out and about, exploring the Adelaide food scene and patiently waiting for a Backstreet Boys revival!
Emil Zaki
Web Developer
Emil is a web developer with over 15 years of experience. His skills in creating neat and semantically structured websites have earned him a reputation as a reliable and efficient developer. Emil’s ability to understand complex problems and provide practical solutions showcases his expertise in the field. When he’s not coding, Emil can be found playing the drums, a hobby he’s had since childhood. His passion for music reflects his dedication to creating something beautiful and meaningful, whether it’s a website or a musical composition.
Maddi Lloyde
Social Media Specialist
Queen of the socials, Maddi excels in bringing your company to the people. She knows exactly when your audience is scrolling and will smack them between the eyes with your message. Known for her calm smile and friendly nature, Maddi is a master of all things Facebook and Instagram. From creating engaging content to knowing exactly when to schedule your post.
If she’s not looking through the socials sipping on a freshly squeezed apple, watermelon, pineapple juice you’ll find her dominating the netball court or hanging out with her adorable family.
